Hey everyone, if you're a current reader you may already know how much I love living in Brooklyn. If you're a new reader, Welcome! Brooklyn-type happenings are just one of the many things I blog about here - I also like to share my love of Style, Food, Yoga, Books, Art, and Adventures!
While taking a walk around my favorite borough last week, I had an idea to start a new Tumblr blog.(my main Tumblr, Melinda's Musings will remain the same.) Its called MD Hearts BK, as in 'Melinda DiOrio Loves Brooklyn' Here's a glimpse...
This is a photo blog of pictures I've taken (or in a few cases a friend or Taz has taken of me) in Brooklyn. Only in Brooklyn. I'll be updating it frequently as I continue working on my photog skills and documenting my every-day adventures in BK.
Just a couple notes on the MD Hearts BK page format (Shown in the picture above):
1. Clicking on the plus (+) sign allows you to see the Menu (which has links to the Archive, Ask, Melinda's Musings, and Pinterest currently, plus an option for Tweeting).
2. Clicking on the slash (/) icon brings up a search box so you can search tags.
3. Hovering over the right corner of the pictures gives you the Reblog and Like options.
4. The Follow and Dashboard buttons are located in the right hand corner. Follow along if you like what you see! (Hint: I've been known to follow back!)
